Mind in Bexley’s MoneySkills course consists of two 90-minute sessions. These sessions are designed to complement Mind in Bexley’s 5 Ways to Wellbeing course, but can be undertaken independently.

MoneySkills focuses on:

  • Insights into common ways mental health can affect how you deal with money
  • Money-saving hacks
  • Debt management tips
