Get support for money problems with MoneySkills

Money problems have been cited as one of the most common and influential factors to worsening mental health wellbeing.

Mind in Bexley’s MoneySkills course aims to tackle this through two 90-minute sessions. These sessions are designed to complement Mind in Bexley’s 5 Ways to Wellbeing course, but can be undertaken independently.

MoneySkills focuses on:

  • Budgeting
  • Understanding and managing overspending
  • Insights into common ways mental health can affect how you deal with money
  • Money-saving hacks
  • Debt management tips
  • Benefit checker – what are you entitled to?
