Get into your Christmas spirit on November 16th in Welling! There will be all manner of Christmas goods and activities, including mulled wine, hot chocolate, cookies, and stalls. We'll also be there available for a chat for those who might need it before Christmas!

If you're over 50, and feel a little lonely or isolated, Seniors in Touch (SIT) might be the place for you! This group brings people together through activities such as gentle exercise, arts and crafts and more in their weekly sessions. We'll be there to present on Mind in Bexley and the services we offer,

Mental Elf 2025 is on Sunday 7 December in Bexleyheath starting at 10am. The event will be fun for all the family – while raising much needed funds for Mind in Bexley. Mental Elf 2025 is a family friendly 5km fun run in Danson Park and is a fundraising event hosted by Mind in Bexley.
