Bexley exhibition launch – Supporting Individuals Bereaved by Suicide

Dr David Palmer talking to a member of the public about the exhibition in Bexleyheath
Our exhibition titled “Supporting Individuals Bereaved by Suicide,” launched on Tuesday 28 January at the Civic Offices of the London Borough of Bexley.
The exhibition will run until 3pm on Monday 3rd February. It presents personal narratives from individuals affected by suicide and supported by the South East London Suicide Bereavement Service, offering a profound exploration of grief, resilience and healing. The Civic Offices are open 9am until 3pm on weekdays and you can access the exhibition by asking at reception.
Operational since July 2021, the South East London Suicide Bereavement Service provides comprehensive support designed to meet the unique needs of those bereaved by suicide.
The event aims to not only highlight the support and impact of the Suicide Bereavement Service but also enhance awareness and challenge societal misconceptions surrounding suicide.
Visitors will have the opportunity to engage with these powerful narratives, fostering opportunities for discussions about grief, stigma, and mental health.
Please join us in honouring the memories of those lost and supporting the healing journeys of those left behind.
