The new April to June Recovery College Prospectus is out now!
We are delighted to launch our new April to June Recovery College Prospectus.
The PDF of our 68-page Prospectus is available to download here: https://mindinbexley.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/MiB-Apr-Jun-25.pdf
It is packed full of the courses, groups and workshops that we run (face-to-face and online) to help improve mental health and wellbeing in Bexley.
A picture from our Open Spaces project features on the front cover – showing our allotment in Alers Road Bexleyheath in bloom from the summer last year. The award-winning Open Spaces project runs three days a week and details can be found by either downloading the Prospectus or looking on our Recovery College webpage (link below) The Project aims to improve mental health and wellbeing by offering individuals the chance to get involved in a range of conservation, food growing and gardening tasks.
We also have new online workshops available, including Journaling Together and Meditation Practice. There are also different face-to-face group options. These meet in different parts of Bexley Borough. We also run an extensive timetable of online activities that you can join via your computer, tablet or phone.
