Rise & Run
This is an annual Rise and Run 5km fun run which takes place in Whitstable along the seafront close to the Marine Hotel, Tankerton on the morning of Sunday, 17 May. The event is scheduled as the climax to Mental Health Awareness Week and will raise funds for East Kent Mind and Revival Food and Mood.
