Mental Health Education and Training for Schools in Bexley
We offer a range of trainings tailored for local schools looking to expand staff mental health support and training. The mental health trainings we provide are designed to support both staff and the youth they work with.
Our personalised approach ensures that all our trainings suit schools and organisations of any size and meet their diverse needs. In addition to the workshops listed below, we also provide bespoke sessions that can be delivered on-site or online.
Youth Mental Health First Aid
Youth Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised certified training course. It’s designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help to young people on a first aid basis.
This is a two-day course designed to support anyone working with young people. You will:
- Learn how to have non-judgemental and open conversations with young people.
- Recognise signs and symptoms of common mental health issues.
- Learn how to guide young people towards the right support effectively.

Mental Health Awareness Training
Recent studies show that one in four people experience a mental health problem every year. Our mental health awareness training is designed to give you an introduction to common mental health challenges. The sessions last around 90-120 minutes and topics include:
