Youth Mental Health First Aid
Youth Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised certified training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help to young people on a first aid basis.
This two day course teaches how to have a non-judgemental conversations with young people, recognise signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, and effectively guide youth towards the right support. Please be aware that this course focuses on youth and covers subjects that some people may find distressing.

Mental Health Awareness Training
One in four people experience a mental health problem every year, and this Mental Health Awareness training is designed to give you an introduction to common mental health challenges. The sessions last around 90-120 minutes and topics include:
