Bexley Crisis Cafe

Our Crisis Cafe is open from 6pm-10pm every evening.

What is the Crisis Cafe?

The Bexley Crisis Cafe is a safe and supportive place for anyone struggling with their mental health. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in crisis, you don’t have to go through it alone. Our team of friendly, trained mental health workers are here to listen, support you, and guide you towards the help you need.

What can I expect?

When you visit the Crisis Cafe, you can expect:

  • A welcoming, calming space where you can take a breath and feel safe.
  • Someone to talk to—a trained mental health worker who will listen without judgement.
  • Support and guidance to help you cope in the moment, and information about other services that may help you longer-term.
  • A chance to connect so you feel less alone and more supported.
  • Opportunities to learn and reflect, helping you build resilience after a difficult time.

When is it open?

The Crisis Café is open every evening from 6pm to 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. You can drop in whenever you need us—no appointment required.

It wasn’t what they said… it’s that they stayed with me. They weren’t reading from a script. They just got it.
