Carers Psychoeducation Workshop available to join in-person and online
We are pleased to announce that a free six-week course to support carers is available to sign up for.
There are options to join In-Person at our Bexleyheath office, or online via Microsoft Teams.
The courses starts on Wednesday 21st May:
2pm–3pm (In Person: at 2a Devonshire Road, Bexleyheath)
5pm–6pm (Online: via MS Teams)

Mind in Bexley Carers Service and Oxleas ICMP Team invite you to join our six-week psychoeducation workshop designed to support and empower carers.

- Gain strategies for coping and communication
- Feel supported in your caring journey
