The programme provides a safe and supportive environment where you can talk openly, learn practical techniques, and build confidence in your ability to quit.

Sessions focus on managing cravings, understanding triggers and developing coping strategies that work for you.

As part of your personalised quit plan, we can also offer Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and vaping options to help reduce withdrawal symptoms and make quitting more manageable.

By accessing this Smoking Cessation service you’ll benefit from:

  • Access to NRT or vaping products to reduce withdrawal symptoms.
  • Practical tips and coping strategies to stay smoke-free.
