Mental Elf 2025 – a fun, festive 5km run for all the family!
Mind in Bexley is thrilled to announce the launch of Mental Elf 2025, a joyful and inclusive 5 km fun run, taking place on Sunday 7 December 2025. The run is waved off at 10am from The Boathouse in Danson Park, Bexleyheath. This event gives entrants a wonderful opportunity to support your local mental health charity while embracing the festive spirit.
What is Mental Elf 2025 all about?
Family‑friendly: open to all ages and abilities — jog, walk, run, skip or hop along the flat and scenic lakeside route around Danson Park.
Festive flair encouraged: elf costumes are optional but happily welcomed. Prepare for on‑the‑day competitions including Best Dressed Elf and even Best Dressed Pet
Kitted out for success: every participant will receive a 2025 Mental Elf finisher’s medal, plus an Elf hat.
Pooches welcome: dogs can join the fun, provided they’re on leads and kept under control to avoid trip hazards.
