LONDON PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SURVEY

Mental health is shaped not only by services, but by the conditions in which we live our daily lives — our housing, finances, relationships, communities, and sense of belonging. Across London, experiences of mental health and access to support remain deeply unequal, with many people facing barriers that prevent early help or meaningful connection.
This survey forms part of a London-wide effort, led by Mind in Bexley and Mind in London and funded by Thrive London and delivered in partnership with the voluntary and community sector, to better understand these realities directly from residents. By sharing your experiences, you are contributing to a clearer picture of what supports mental wellbeing, what gets in the way, and what needs to change. Your voice will help shape future approaches to prevention, reduce inequalities, and inform how services and communities respond to mental health across the city.
