Musculoskeletal (MSK) Community Day
March 20 @ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
South East London ICS are hosting an MSK Community Day where attendees can have a conversation with a physiotherapist. They will also have an opportunity to speak to representatives from community groups who might be able to assist you with a range of other issues, including:
- Physical fitness
- Mental wellbeing
- Preventing loneliness & isolation
- Your finances
We will be present on the day to speak about any questions or concerns you may have which are mental wellbeing related. Come visit our stand!
