CARERS SUPPORT GROUPS AND WELLBEING ACTVITIES

CARERS SUPPORT AND SOCIAL GROUP

Every Monday from 1:30pm-3pm

Mind in Bexley and Pier Road carers are welcome to join us for a social event. We meet at the Mind in Bexley office at 2a Devonshire Road, Bexleyheath DA6 8DS between November and March where you are welcome to have a chat, drink/biscuits and relax in an informal safe environment. From April to October we meet at Danson Café, Danson Park in Bexleyheath and take a stroll around the beautiful park and grab a drink in the café afterwards if you want to. The walk is optional, and both are drop-ins, so no need to book.
