Our new Bexley Recovery College Prospectus for January to March 2026 is out now!
We are pleased to share the launch of our new Bexley Recovery College Prospectus for January to March 2026. As we begin a new year, the latest Prospectus offers a wide range of free courses, groups and workshops designed to support mental health and wellbeing across the London Borough of Bexley.
The Recovery College provides opportunities to learn new skills, connect with others and take positive steps towards wellbeing. Activities are open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works, volunteers or has a GP in Bexley, and are grouped around the Ways to Wellbeing: Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect and Take Notice.
The January to March Prospectus includes a mix of familiar activities and new sessions to help people start 2026 with structure, support and fresh routines. These include wellbeing workshops, peer-support groups, creative activities, and gentle physical movement sessions, delivered both online and face to face.
New Workshop in the Bexley Recovery College Prospectus
A new Carers Wellbeing Workshop is also featured in this Prospectus. This six-week group offers a calm and supportive space for people who care for others, with weekly themes focused on resilience, balance and self-care. The group takes place at Mind in Bexley and office in Bexleyheath, and compliments our wide range of support available for Carers in the Borough..
Recovery College courses and groups are free to attend, but booking is required. Full details, including dates, times and how to register, can be found in the January to March 2026 Prospectus. You can either flick through the document below or download the PDF.
