Full time: 37.5hrs per week

Job brief:
This role is part of an employment advice service, working closely with clinicians working to provide psychological therapies to people with common mental health problems. Previous experience of providing career/employment advice, job retention and job searching activities is necessary.

The contract will end on 31st March 2025 – with the possibility of an extension.

Wellbeing Line Coordinator job description

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Salary £24,000 per annum

Job brief:

You will be required to manage the wellbeing telephone line answering incoming calls. You will become a local expert, gathering and sharing information about local opportunities, activities, and support, bringing people together and supporting them to remain confident and independent in their everyday lives. You will be led by the individuals themselves, to develop a personalised programme of support, building on their own personal strengths and assets.

This role will make sure that the most vulnerable in our communities receive the high-quality support to maintain and maximise their independence, health and wellbeing.

Crisis Service – Out of hours – Bank Team Vacancy

Hours: Varied shifts from 6pm–10pm (Monday to Sunday)
Pay: £12.60 per hour

The Bexley Crisis Service offers out-of-hours support to adults in Bexley whose mental health is becoming overwhelming. We provide a safe, non-clinical, supportive environment to people experiencing a mild to moderate mental health crisis, as an alternative to attending A&E. Open 7-days a week, the Crisis Café aims are to support residents to stay well in Bexley and develop a wellbeing toolkit that will reduce further risk of harm. You will ensure that the people accessing the service are supported efficiently and effectively in line with the service operational policy and specification.
