Healthwatch Bexley
Healthwatch Bexley is a statutory body hosted by Mind in Bexley. We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in the London Borough of Bexley. We work by listening to what you like about services and what you think could be improved. No matter how big or small the issue, we want to hear about it.
We can also assist with signposting people to local services and help with navigating the complaints system.
We focus on ensuring that people’s worries and concerns about services are addressed and that residents views come first – especially those who find it hardest to be heard.
Once we have an understanding of the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services we are able to speak out on their behalf at the local authority Health and Wellbeing Board and other meetings such as Clinical Commissioning Group meetings.
