‘It was helpful to speak to someone who understands my situation. It was great to have someone that wants to help and not just doing their job. A genuine person. Personality helped. Medication was a big help. Having someone that called me and asked how I was feeling and helped when I was nervous/anxious or overwhelmed. overwhelmed.’
