Generous donations raised huge smiles in Bexley at Christmas

The true meaning of Christmas spirit was no better exemplified for us in 2023 than by the team at Routine Fitness Club in Bexleyheath.

Their staff put out an appeal on social media asking for donations of gifts for Christmas for the children in our borough.

The members of the gym (based on the Broadway in Bexleyheath) responded in droves and dropped of an array of gifts that the team at Routine Fitness then delivered to Mind in Bexley.

We would like to thank Routine Fitness and their members for their generosity and thoughtfulness. Many children in Bexley benefitted from receiving a gift on Christmas Day and your incredible donations meant that families, who are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis, were able to put smiles on their children’s faces on Christmas Day.

Luke made up bags of toys for our clients’ children which matched their ages. It was such an emotional event bringing grateful, happy tears to the eyes of our clients and myself!”
