“Everyone at Mind have been so helpful and supportive through the roller coaster of a journey and I generally believe if it wasn’t for Mind I wouldn’t be here. Mind focuses on recovery and all the different ways the activities/ groups can help as there is no one size fits all. Although risk is important Mind doesn’t focus solely on risk but more so recovery where as many statutory services are too occupied on risk rather than seeing the person with a biography which is painful.
