“Tom, 22, of Erith, took part in a fundraising event for Mind in Bexley, by helping to organise a team from his employers, Athena ANPR, to hike Ben Nevis on World Cup quarter final day so his team could raise the Cross of St George at the summit.
Tom, first to the top, helped to raise £1,535 for Mind in Bexley who will allocate it to their minibus appeal”.
We will be putting the money fundraised towards a minibus to enable us to travel all around our borough of Bexley, giving access to people who might not be able to come to our central base in Bexleyheath and offer them the various services that we cover here such as counselling and CBT. We are very grateful to Tom and his colleagues at Athena ANPR for their support and for helping us reach closer towards our goal.
