A traditional Chinese exercise practice that improves mental and physical health by coordinating body posture, movement and breathing techniques. The benefits of Qi gong include reduced anxiety & depression, lower blood pressure, improved immune system, greater awareness, calmness and well-being, improved mental focus, relief of chronic pain, loosening joints and muscles, improved digestion, and assistance with posture.
