DESCRIPTION:Staff from Mind in Bexley and Active Horizons will be available to talk with residents about the mental health\, wellbeing and community support available across the borough. \n\n\n\nYou do not need an appointment to attend. Whether you are looking for support for yourself\, a family member\, a friend\, or someone you care for\, please come along and have a conversation with our teams. We can help explain what services are available\, offer signposting\, and support people to find the right next step. \n\n\n\nThe event is part of Mind in Bexley’s partnership with Active Horizons\, a youth-focused community organisation based in Erith. The partnership was launched earlier this year to improve mental health and wellbeing across the London Borough of Bexley\, with a particular focus on supporting people from Black\, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities and residents who may face barriers to accessing services. \n\n\n\nOur Wellbeing Outreach event is a chance to bring support closer to where people live. It is also an opportunity for people in Erith and the wider Bexley area to find out more about the broad range of help available through both organisations. \n\n\n\nOur staff will be there to listen\, answer questions and help point you in the right direction.
